You either win or you learn, and the middle is where the magic happens.
Who am I?
From Athlete to Coach
I’ve spent my life in movement – as a competitive floorball player, strongman, weightlifter, bodybuilder, and martial artist. I’ve won championships, pushed limits, and trained for performance at every level. But over time, I saw that while sport can sharpen the body, it can also lock us into patterns that don’t always serve long-term health.
That realisation reshaped how I coach. I still train athletes to perform, but my approach builds strength that lasts – adaptable, joint-aware, and rooted in clarity. The goal is longer-lasting performance and, above all, a body that’s ready for life and the fullness of being human.
HOW I COACH
Strength isn’t measured by size - it’s measured by movement efficiency and energy output.
Performance is built by respecting
the structure and function of the body.
Joint health, breath, and posture are the foundation of every session.
Coaching isn’t about commands. It’s about listening, adapting, and guiding.
Real progress starts at the nervous system - we train awareness before intensity.
Mobility isn’t optional - it’s your edge in performance and resilience
““Movement is a conversation, not a command. My job is to help you listen, adapt, and move forward with clarity.””
